Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using nurexa.com, placing an order, or subscribing to our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Nurexa. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Nurexa products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

 

Subscriptions & Billing

When you subscribe to The Nurexa Nerve Relief System, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the frequency you choose (Monthly, Every 90 Days, or Every 6 Months).

RENEWAL

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the price displayed at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice via email.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@nurexa.com. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled billing date; we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods already billed.

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and may cancel before the new price applies.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on nurexa.com — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of Nurexa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nurexa products will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You and Nurexa each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@nurexa.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your intent to opt out.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nurexa is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
