Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Subscription renewals ship on the same terms — free USPS shipping, 1 business day processing, tracking sent by email.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@getnurexa.com with your order number and we'll resolve it either by reshipping or issuing a full refund.
