Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Nurexa subscription at any time — no fees, no penalties, no phone calls required.

To cancel, either log into your account at getnurexa.com/account and cancel in one click, or email support@getnurexa.com with your name and order number. Our team responds within 1–2 business days.

We recommend canceling at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure the upcoming charge does not process. If a charge has already processed, it ships as normal and is covered under our Refund & Return Policy.

Canceling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not affect any order that has already been placed or shipped.
